Mary Ellen Pacocha grew up in a small town in upstate New York with her grandmother and mother, avid sewers and quilters.  Learning many techniques from these two ladies, Mary Ellen went on to hone her sewing skills and upon retiring from teaching, decided to start her own business specializing in hand designed and crafted handbags, placemats, napkins, pot holders and afghans.  Mary Ellen also knits, crochets, quilts and does some quilting restoration.
