Embellishments - Booth #35

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Sandra Fambrough Bond began painting with Ann DeCosta, a well known and gifted artist in the Atlanta area. She cultivated my love for art, and also for beautiful things.

Although my painting was put on hold for several years while raising two beautiful daughters.  I never lost my yearning.  In 1978 I moved to Beaufort, I enrolled in several workshops here as well as in Charleston, SC.

 My love for painting is a family trait.  My mother, sister and both daughters are accomplished artists.

Another passion of mine is building furniture.  My husband and I love to build furniture from old wood, when we can find it.  I call this “reclaiming old wood”. We have built quite a few pieces for my store, and have reclaimed and cleaned up old industrial pieces from mills. So basically we recycle.
