As a young woman, wife and mother, Maria Slough owned and operated one of the largest ceramic and pottery studios in Ohio.
Maria and her family have now been living in the Beaufort Area for almost twenty-five years, and she continues to create functional and decorative pieces in her home studio. After designing her products, she selects an appropriate glaze, fires her creations and does finishing touches by hand.
With over 40 years of clay pottery experience, her goal is to bring joy to others with her work currently available at Fordham Market.
